erfgoeddag

Today was 'erfgoeddag' (heritage day) and the 'concertgebouw' opened its doors for the public. The building is not exactly heritage, rather it is brand new, it opened in 2002.
Beside the usual guided tours there was a lot of musical activity. In the morning there was an open rehearsal with a childrens choir.


The rehearsal was in the main concert hall. It was a joy to see how the conductor worked with the children.


A great opportunity to make a recording with my fieldrecorder.

The afternoon brought us the choir 'cantilene'.
