There is something on voltmeters on the EE video blog which made me check my voltmeters.
It really pays off to buy a quality voltmeter.
My fluke 45 is 20 years old and was never recalibrated!
Yes these are microamps on the display of the hp66312 power supply. I also have a cheap chinese voltmeter of about the same age.
The results are somewhat better on a lower range.
All in all not too bad for a meter that costs 20 times less than the fluke.
